It's cut before it hits him to side shot. If you view this frame by frame, you'll see it's a dummy. I think it was obvious on the other side of the wall, that it is a dummy, so they shot the car again going through the wall. Putting these two shots together didn't exactly match. Thats why, if you compare the distance from the back of the front tire to the rear bumper, the measurement is longer as you see the car half way through the wall as it is before the car reaches the wall. It's two shots combined. Also on youtube, check out the bike jump, cut in half,building levitation and more, done with edits and Digital Compositing.
